Welcome Jim Doyle to the Verde Services Team!
We are pleased to announce the latest addition to the Verde Services team – Jim Doyle, who joins us as Contracts Manager as our business continues to grow.
Jim brings over 25 years of experience in the MEP Building Services industry, with extensive knowledge across all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. His impressive track record spans a wide range of sectors and project types, making him a valuable asset to our expanding team.
In his new role, Jim will be working closely with our Delivery Team to oversee project operations, manage timelines and resources, and ensure the smooth and successful execution of our projects.
We’re excited to welcome Jim to Verde and look forward to the expertise and leadership he brings. Please join us in giving him a warm welcome to the team.

Project Update: Powering Progress at Wigan & Leigh College
Work is well underway at The Powerhouse project at Wigan & Leigh College and University Centre, Pagefield Campus, with significant progress being made on site.
This exciting development includes a state-of-the-art extension focused on Future Energies and Green Technology, alongside a fully refurbished reception area designed to elevate the student experience.
Verde Services is proud to be delivering the full scope of Mechanical Services for the project — including Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning — across both the existing campus building and the new extension.
We’re pleased to be working in collaboration with Greenmount Projects to help bring this forward-thinking scheme to life. Stay tuned as the transformation continues over the coming weeks.
