Verde Services is now part of the Liverpool Chamber

We are delighted to have recently received an order from Triton Construction to carry out works on an Industrial unit in Estuary Business Park, Speke. Working as Mechanical Subcontractor, the project comprises of significant demolition works within the existing warehouse and office spaces, with subsequent Mechanical & Electrical Fit out works.
Verde Services will be installing a new VRF comfort cooling system, complete with a new DX Air Handling Unit and ventilation ductwork to provide fresh air to the working environment. This energy efficient solution removes the need for any gas-fed equipment, such as boilers and offers a more carbon-friendly system in comparison to traditional, 4-pipe air handling units.
To complement the new ventilation and comfort cooling system, we will be installing new domestic water services and sanitaryware systems, complete with new, more efficient plant and furnishings.
