Verde Services welcomes John Holmes to the Pre-Construction Team!

As we enter Q2 of 2025, we are continuing to grow and strengthen the team, here at Verde Services.
John Holmes will be joining the business as Pre-Construction Manager. With over 20 years’ experience within the industry, John brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge within all aspects of MEP Building Services, along with a portfolio of projects within varied sectors such as Healthcare, Leisure, Education, Transport & Accommodation.
At Verde, John will be responsible for leading the Pre-Construction input on multidisciplinary projects, reviewing designs, and monitoring documentation and QA procedures & supply chain, ensuring conformity with client expectations.
